NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT & COMMITMENT

Deposits are absolutely non-refundable but transferable to another litter with written notice. Deposits never expire. Any overpayment beyond agreed deposit amounts are also non-refundable. Full commitment required at deposit/payment. Puppies must be paid in full prior to 8 weeks of age. After transfer from seller to buyer, sale is final.

TRANSPORT & LIABILITY

DRP is not partnered with any pet transport service and is not liable for subcontracted services. DRP’s personal delivery service is fully guaranteed and recommended. Buyer assumes responsibility when choosing third-party shipping.

HEALTH GUARANTEE & VETERINARY EXAM

Buyer agrees to vet exam within 72 hours of transfer. If life-threatening genetic defect is found, DRP will replace puppy (opinion of 2 qualified Vets, one approved by breeder). DRP not liable for behavior after transfer professional training (KCK9 discounted rates) available.

BREED PURPOSE & OWNER RESPONSIBILITY

No dog has been bred or sold for fighting/illegal purposes. Buyer agrees to raise DRP with love, dedication, and respect. Bad behavior: seek professional training before rehoming. DRP requires occasional photo updates. Mutual relationship DRP always available for consultation.

IN ACCORDANCE WITH CONTRACT AGREEMENT THE FOLLOWING APPLY:

  • Puppies are required to be paid for in full prior to 8 weeks of age (if applicable age).

  • Deposits are absolutely NON‑refundable but can be transferred to another litter with written notice. Deposits do not expire. Any overpayment more than agreed deposit amounts are also non‑refundable. If puppy is paid in full prior to ownership transfer, this is also non‑refundable but transferable. After puppy is transferred from seller to buyer, sale is final (see below). Overall, full commitment is required at time of placing a deposit reservation, paying for puppy in full, and/or signing of contract. No exceptions.

  • DRP is not partners with any pet transport service and not liable for subcontracted services. We encourage you to research any referral. Although DRP can recommend carriers and organize shipping services, ultimately it is your choice how you choose to have your pet transported. DRP’s personal delivery service is fully guaranteed by DRP and is the safest shipping option.

  • Both parties agree that no dogs/puppies, nor sire or dam of such, have been bred or sold for fighting or any illegal purposes.

  • Buyer agrees to have pup examined by a Licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours of transfer. If at this time pup is found to have any of the above‑mentioned or life‑threatening health problems, DRP will replace the puppy provided the condition is sufficiently serious in the opinion of 2 qualified Veterinarians, at least one of whom the breeder agrees to, warranting euthanasia.

  • DRP is not liable or responsible for canine behavior after puppy/dog transfers ownership/possession from DRP to new owner. Although DRP is always available for professional consultation and advice. DRP offers professional obedience training specializing in the DRP breed. Overall, genetics and/or breed type will not be held responsible for any negative behavior. By signing this contract, buyer agrees to raise their DRP with the utmost love, dedication, and respect. If bad behavior or habits shall arise at any life stage, buyer agrees to seek professional canine training before seeking adoption or rehoming. KcK9 is exclusively offered at discounted rates to DRP clients.

  • By signing you agree to keep DRP updated with your puppy throughout his/her life. If you follow us, you know this is of the utmost importance. DRP plays their part to save this breed and it starts with them and buyer. DRP requires occasional updates via pictures via social media. The relationship is mutual. DRP will always be there for their clients throughout the life of the dog; please be there for them with occasional updates.

  • Puppy will include U.K.C. registration papers, current on vaccinations, registry information, events, dog shows, etc.
