3-year-old Sayuri, an American Pit Bull Terrier, will make her film debut this Friday in Quentin Tarantino's new movie "Once Upon A Time in Hollywood" starring Brad Pitt and Leonardo DeCaprio. She is owned by Wilmington native and breeder Matt Klosowski, and plays Brad Pitt's dog Brandy.
